Communications

Communications Director

The Communications Director position at Good Shepherd exists to develop a comprehensive communication plan, in conjunction with staff, to promote the ministries of the church. This person is responsible for creating, producing and coordinating all communications for the church, managing advertising and public relations support, as well as maintaining, updating, and developing the website and other social communications outlets.

Operations

Custodial

The Custodian position at Good Shepherd Community Church exists to maintain a clean, safe and well prepared facility – providing room set up and arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events; and preparing a welcoming environment for all ministry use.

Kids Ministry

Kids Lights – Teacher

The purpose of this position is to organize and oversee classroom lessons for Kids Light, so the moms are freed up to attend Women’s Bible Study and Mom to Mom.

Kids Lights – Teacher Assistant

The purpose of this position is to support the lead teacher in classroom management for Kids Light, so the moms are freed up to attend Women’s Bible Study and Mom to Mom.

Kids Lights – Room Worker

The purpose of this position is to follow the lead of the teacher and assistant for Kids Light to care for the kids in the classroom.

Connect Ministry

Cafe Coordinator

This position is for our Common Grounds café and bookstore and will be in charge of coordinating volunteers, orders and facility in order to have the café open on the weekends, during the week and special events. (Schedule will include weekends, weekdays and evenings)

Good Shepherd School

Substitute Teacher

A substitute teacher will fill in and teach for a GSS teacher who is unable to work due to illness, vacation, personal or professional reasons.

School Office Substitute

Be the “first face” of the school. Help families with school related inquiries, as well as caring for children who come to the office.
