Kenya Team Update #2

The 31 hour travel day went well! All connections were made, although we had one close call in Doha, Qatar but the airline had an employee escort us through the entire airport to make our plane to Kenya. It was an absolute blessing. We got to our home for the next week at 5:30 am and were able to sleep until 10:30 am until breakfast. Today we learned the history of the Okiek people and had a language lesson in Swahili, while exploring and touring the Arensen’s property. We are all fighting the 10 hour time difference, and hopefully by tomorrow are acclimated.
