Men’s Ministry is centered on becoming conformed to the image of Christ, as the best model of what it means to be a man. We desire for men to be equipped to do the work of the ministry as they grow closer in relationship with Jesus, developing into courageous brothers, loving husbands, nurturing fathers and purposeful leaders who inspire our church, influence our homes and impact our world.

Men’s Bible Study

Men’s Bible Study

Our purpose for Men’s Bible Study is to learn to Stand Firm in the Lord and to guard our hearts through consistent study of His Word and regular connection with other men of God. Our study this year will take us through the book of Hebrews. We will have our kick-off at the October 2nd FRIDAY@SIX event, where we will be doing an overview of our study. (You will need to register for that event separately.)

We will use the inductive method of Bible Study which includes Observation, Interpretation, Reflection, and Application. The Bible itself will be our source of information as we learn what the text says, what it means, and how to live what we learn. God communicates to us, and our part in hearing Him is a willingness to set aside time to look at what the Scripture is saying, thereby drawing us into a closer relationship with Him.

Men’s Bible Study meets weekly at three day/time options beginning on Sunday, October 11 and Tuesday, October 13 as we discuss the lessons together. The three weekly meeting options are:

  • Sunday Mornings at 7:15am (Banquet Room)
  • Tuesday Mornings at 6:00am (Banquet Room)
  • Tuesday Evenings at 6:30pm (Summit Room)

A $30 one-time cost covers materials and resources for those signing up in the new year! Notebooks will be available to purchase at all meeting times.

    Our annual Sportsmen’s Outdoor Expo & Dinner is a much anticipated event, and we invite all to join us for great fellowship, exciting exhibits, an engaging speaker, and yes… lots of meat!
