Students & Young Adults
The Student and Young Adult Ministries at Good Shepherd are places for students to experience the love, acceptance, community, and fulfillment of Jesus. Community is built in a fun, high energy environment while being pointed to Christ and His amazing love.
Our middle school ministry meets on Sundays @ 10 am downstairs in S001 and on Tuesdays @ 7 pm in the North Auditorium. We we seek to provide a fun, encouraging place for students to connect with their peers and leaders through games, biblical teaching, and small groups.
We plan very intentional gatherings where students can encounter Jesus, and grow in their relationship with Him. We are a group that loves Jesus, loves students, and loves having a good time together. We want students to feel like they have a place that they are known, and that they can know other people in their community.
Our Wednesday night gatherings have awesome, meaningful worship, biblical messages, and relational small groups. We meet @ 7 pm in the North Auditorium.
We are blessed with leaders that have hearts that want to continually grow in their relationship with God, while providing leadership as they walk alongside students to encourage them to do the same.
We exist as a space for college-age students (18-28) from all over the east side to come together, grow together, and go into the world together, with Jesus as our motivation and focus. We desire to see this generation become the next generation of Christ-honoring leadership for the church in our community. We meet on Sundays at 6 pm in the North Auditorium. No matter where you are in your walk with Christ, you are welcome.
