Thailand Team – Update #1
First off our team would like to thank everyone who covered us in prayer as we headed off to Thailand. We also were grateful for Dave and Karen Neher who met us at the airport to pray over our team before we checked in for our flight.

After over 24 hours of airports and airplanes we made it. Everything was on time and all the luggage showed up. We walked out of customs to be welcomed by our very own Paul, Karyn and family, along with Alexa Edwards. What a wonderful feeling to see them.

As we were traveling, we had a layover in Tawian. One of our team members, Tina was able to have a conversation with two young ladies who are college students traveling abroad. Tina asked them, “Where do you find hope in your life?” She was able to talk with them for several minutes, listening to them and sharing about where she finds her hope. When it was time to go she gave them some scripture and reading materials. Praise the Lord for the opportunity to share.

As soon as we got in Chiang Mai, Paul and Karen kept us moving. Trying to get to team adjusted to the time and weather changes. We dropped off our luggage at the hotel, unpacked and we were off to several different markets in town. Alexa was able to join us. We finish the evening with dinner at the famous Sunday evening Chang Mai street market and then headed back to the hotel to get a good nights rest. Everybody is healthy and doing great!

Our first full day here we are going to be hosted at the Meier’s home for breakfast.
After breakfast we will be doing orientation with Paul regarding preparing for Seed of Hope and visiting some of his ministries in town this afternoon.
Please continue to be praying for our team’s health, endurance and safety. Please also be praying for the hearts of the students and staff that we will be walking along side. May we find opportunities to share. All Glory to God.
