Women’s Bible Study
Our purpose statement for Women’s Ministry at Good Shepherd is “Renewing your Thirst for God and Pursuing Genuine Relationships.” In Woman’s Bible study we are growing in the Lord as we read and study the Word and we are enjoying meaningful friendships by being together. We’d love to have you join us for an amazing year of spiritual growth and fellowship.
Our study this year will take us through the book of Genesis. Beginning on the very first page of the Bible we will see the character of God and His plan to have a relationship with mankind. We will enjoy reading and studying some of the most well-known stories of people in the Bible, including Adam and Eve, Noah and the Ark, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Through these historical accounts of very real people, we will see how God revealed Himself and provided His protection and guidance as He worked in their lives. Even though they were sinful people, they believed God and their faith is an example for us today.
This study will lead us through the inductive method of Bible study which includes observation, interpretation, reflection, and application. The Bible itself will be our source of information as we learn what the text says, what it means, and how to live what we learn. God communicates to us. Our part in hearing Him is a willingness to set aside time to look at what the Scripture is saying, thereby drawing us into a closer relationship with Him.
Cost: $40 per person
Registration is closed for the 2022-2023 Genesis study.

Mom to mom
Moms with little ones meet once a month to hear a special speaker and discuss topics on marriage and parenting. Fellowship, encouragement, mentoring and fun is the focus of the time together.
If you plan to attend this year, we are asking that you to do a one time registration for yourself and your little ones. This will help us plan for the year accordingly for both our mom and kid programs. Remember, this is just one time. If you have already signed up, you do not need to do so again.
