California Mission Trip – Update #1

Our two teams left yesterday morning to begin the drive to our partnering churches in California. We stayed halfway at a church in Stockton. (Where it’s 110 degrees!) 

We have 50 high school students that are excited to serve and we’re looking forward to what the Lord is going to do on this trip.

Please pray for the bus rides to be a time where students engage with one another and work to get to know each other better. 

The bus is always hot but it’s also a pivotal travel time that helps the teams come together in full accord and of one mind. 

I think of Philippians 2:1-2

“So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.”
