Greece: Porto Asto Team Update #3
Day three – Camp Preparation Day
Day three began with breakfast and team time before we traveled about an hour to the property where the refugee camp will be held. We spent the day preparing the property for the arrival of the families tomorrow. Our team worked together to set up tarps and mats for the class areas, prepare pools, and clean up around the property to create a welcoming environment for the campers. It was a productive day, and we are grateful for all the hard work and everything we were able to help with and accomplish! We are looking forward to an exciting day tomorrow!
Prayer Requests
- Please pray that camp would run smoothly tomorrow as we welcome the families and have a full day together.
- Pray that the hearts of the children and families attending would be open to hearing about God’s love and the message of the Gospel.
- Pray for continued strength, energy, and good health for each member of our team as we serve throughout the week. Pray that we represent the love of Jesus well!
Thank you all for your continued prayers and support!
Sincerely,
Porto Astro, Greece Team
