Greece: Samos Team Update #4

Our time on the island of Patmos was very enriching and rewarding. We were encouraged by [and hope we were an encouragement to] the missionary couple we went to visit. They are using their passion areas to connect with others. Touching many new “friends“ in their circle of influence with the love of Christ. We had some amazing prayer times from the monastery high up overlooking their village. While there we were honored to visit the Cave of the Apocalypse where John wrote the book of Revelation.
Tonight we arrived by ferry to the island of Samos and spent the evening praying in groups of three around the harbor for the thousands of people we saw. Tomorrow we connect with a house of hope, serving the refugee camps on this island.
Thank you for continued prayer for divine appointments and prepared hearts as we are making contacts.
The heat has also been draining. As in Mediterranean European cultures, we are out with activities in the morning, have the midday pause/break and then out again from 5–10:00pm.
Another team slogan we are experiencing: the team that snacks together, grows together!
We appreciate you all!
