Greece: Samos Team Update #2

Our team has arrived safely in Greece and are at our first location, hoping to get a good night’s sleep. Both of our flights went very smoothly and Dan V was waiting to meet us. Thanks for your prayers!

We’ve had a wonderful “get over jet lag” day! Dan took us to visit the Porto Astro camp property that Hellenic Ministries has built up over the last 35 years. Both of our GSCC Greece teams had planned to use that property this summer, so it was a joy to see it all in person. We heard some treasured testimonies of some of the staff there. We also hiked up to the top of a hill to their “prayer shelter” and spent some quality time praying together.

Tomorrow we begin our 2 day training for the ministry we will have on the islands of Patmos and Samos. We fly/ferry to those islands on Sunday.

Thank you for praying for our training times as we receive instruction and tips for evangelism in Greece.
